Juvenile Court Matrix

In most state legislatures, juvenile court jurisdiction is defined by statute. Recent research on neurological development and functions has caused some states to change the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. Still, there are exceptions (states delineate exceptions for when juvenile court can waive jurisdiction to transfer to criminal court). Develop a matrix that contains the juvenile court jurisdiction by age for five states of your choice over the last two decades. Start with the age at which an individual was considered a juvenile in 1990 and end with 2015. Include any dates at which changes were made and any pending changes.
