Performance Management System

Develop a Performance Management system for a specific organisation with which you are familiar. Write an essay describing the Performance Management system and explain how and why it would be effective.
First of all, research your selected organisation and identify the features of the organisation that will influence the design of your system. In the essay, describe the HRM theories and models underpinning the performance management system, describe the specific features of the system, the benefits and disadvantages of the system and the training for managers and employees required for implementation.
Explain the outcomes that will be achieved in introducing it and why it will be an effective system. The essay must draw on HRM references presented in this unit.
In the appendix, include Performance Review Forms and any other documentation required by your Performance Management system.
